Acceptance of orders by Sara Harper Jewellery are subject to the clearance of funds and where applicable authorization of debit or credit card details.  Sara Harper Jewellery reserves the right to refuse acceptance of any order.

No contract for supply of products of goods will be deemed to exist between you and Sara Harper Jewellery to you confirming that your order has been accepted and payment has been successfully made.  For the avoidance of doubt the jewelry will remain the property of Sara Harper Jewellery until cleared funds are received in full.

Customers buying any jewelry designs from Sara Harper Jewellery accept responsibility for any taxation or charges levied in the respect of importation on any parcel they have ordered.

In the event of a credit or debit card being used to purchase jewelry designs without the relevant authority the customer shall be obliged to return the jewelry designs to Sara Harper Jewellery.
