Unfortunately we cannot refund shipping and handling fees and the customer is responsible for paying carriage and insurance for any returns.

Your return will be charged to the payment method you used at the time of purchase and may take up to 5-10 working days to be credited to your account.

Please note that earrings (for hygiene reasons) and specially commissioned/personalised items are non-refundable as they are cut and designed specifically for you.
